What gives the tokens value?

Tokens represent fractional economic exposure to an underlying Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which holds the asset. The token's value is derived from the underlying asset's price, income generation (rent, royalties, yield) and market supply and demand on the secondary exchange.
How do investors earn returns?

Depending on the asset type, investors may benefit from rental yield, coupon income, royalty distributions, asset maturation, scarcity premiums or capital appreciation through secondary market price movements.
How is liquidity created?

Eligible tokens can be listed on the FracEx secondary marketplace where buyers and sellers can discover pricing and transfer ownership subject to platform rules and KYC verification. An AI Automated Valuation Model provides daily guide prices to support fair market trading.
What happens if a listing is undersubscribed?

If a listing reaches 75% subscription, the transaction proceeds and the seller receives the remaining tokens. If under 75% is subscribed, the deal is fully unwound via escrow and all investors receive complete refunds. FracEx co-invests in every listing to provide confidence and support subscription.
